AI Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the transformation of the workforce into an Experience-Led, AI-Native consultancy from a training and enablement perspective.

• Develop the training strategy, curriculum, and delivery methods for enhancing AI-native awareness and proficiency.

• Establish definitions for AI-native fluency and organizational benchmarks for progress.

• Design and enhance training materials for the Experience-Led, AI-Native Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Create a variety of training formats, including self-service, classroom-style, and guided sessions.

• Develop practical learning projects based on real-world case studies and engagements.

• Set internal proficiency standards for AI-Native SDLC competencies.

• Conduct practitioner training sessions and prepare teams for initial AI-native engagements.

• Oversee the AI Transformation Office's champion/practitioner network.

• Ensure alignment of training with bench resources and new hires.

• Manage the onboarding curriculum for new employees and bench redeployments.

• Update Experience-Led, AI-Native hub materials and refine the curriculum based on feedback from delivery.

• Collaborate with communications teams to advocate for AI Transformation initiatives.

• Track and report on training milestones, certification progress, adoption successes, and success stories.

• Maintain consistent messaging regarding AI-native transformation across various regions and practices.

• Oversee organizational training metrics and certification achievement reporting.

• Ensure training aligns with the AI Native Certification Challenge.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as certification achievements, time-to-productivity, training completion rates, and adoption levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Ontario or Québec.

• Proficiency in English is required for candidates based in Québec.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of AI-native methodologies.

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its transformation through AI.

• Practical experience with AI-Native fluency, including Spec-Driven Development, developing agents and skills, and designing workflows to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Experience in designing training programs or curricula at scale, including instructional design skills.

• Familiarity with partner certification programs from Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, and Databricks.

• Proven track record of measuring training effectiveness and correlating learning metrics with business outcomes.

• Strong facilitation skills for live cohort training delivery.

• Ability to build a function from the ground up without a pre-existing playbook.

• Understanding of the forward deployed engineering (FDE) model.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting practices.

• AI Native certification is desirable, but not mandatory.
