AI Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Advocate for the responsible integration of AI throughout the organization while keeping up-to-date with relevant platforms, tools, and functionalities.

• Create and deliver training, guidance, and documentation to assist colleagues in effectively utilizing AI tools.

• Facilitate structured discovery sessions with teams to map workflows and pinpoint opportunities for process automation and AI integration.

• Unite stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and empower teams to take ownership of their solutions.

• Maintain a prioritized pipeline of AI and automation initiatives while reporting progress and value to leadership.

• Collaboratively prototype and assess new tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate with colleagues to transform opportunities into practical solutions.

• Enable colleagues to implement simple solutions independently.

• Partner with the Data, Systems & GIS team to define, develop, build, and operationalize internal process automation tools.

• Create, maintain, and update documentation for tools, processes, and training resources.

• Establish a network of AI champions and provide self-service guidance.

• Address complex troubleshooting and technical queries related to AI tools.

• Set up guardrails and best practices that balance productivity, data security, quality control, and nature recovery outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong desire to work with Environment Bank and contribute to a team that supports colleagues engaged in nature recovery.

• Practical experience with LLM platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) applied to real work tasks rather than casual use.

• Experience in workflow automation and prototyping.

• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and map business processes, engaging audiences from frontline teams to senior leaders.

• Skilled in influencing and aligning stakeholders without direct authority, including department heads.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate business needs into clear use cases, priorities, and actionable solutions.

• Confident communicator, adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and conducting training sessions for diverse audiences.

• Capability to work collaboratively and independently as part of a fully remote team.

• Self-motivated with a curious mindset and genuine enthusiasm for the environment, responsible AI, and emerging technologies.

• Desirable: Experience in the environmental or ecology sector.

• Desirable: Experience collaborating with others to build and deploy standalone tools or applications.

• Desirable: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Desirable: Background in assisting others to embrace new working methods through training, facilitation, agile coaching, service design, learning and development, or change management.

• Desirable: Experience in setting up and connecting AI tools, including building agentic workflows and/or configuring MCP servers.

• Desirable: Familiarity with other platforms in the stack, such as HubSpot, ArcGIS, Snowflake, and comfort working in unfamiliar environments.
