AI Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead and enhance AI solutions within Replicant.

• Develop the company's AI enablement program and establish a pathway for Claude Enterprise and Replicant's AI Operating System.

• Provide guidance on the appropriate locations for systems and workflows, access permissions, and associated costs.

• Transform successful workflows into reusable skills, templates, and specifications for agents.

• Collaborate with the People team to improve AI literacy, conduct office hours, and cultivate functional AI champions.

• Work alongside Sales, Delivery, Finance, People, and Engineering to create solutions and bridge technology gaps.

• Oversee MCP integrations, shared agents, management of agent identities, and connections to commercial tools.

• Establish ongoing cost visibility for Finance, eliminate redundant tools, highlight shadow AI, and decrease costs through prompt caching, model routing, and enhanced agent design.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, IT Engineer, or a similar role at a SaaS or cloud-native organization.

• Proven experience in deploying and optimizing AI tools at scale within a company.

• Consultant-like capability to identify problems, define scope and sequence of work, and set expectations prior to coding.

• Proficiency in scripting and integration using Python, TypeScript, or shell.

• Understanding of SDLC fundamentals.

• Familiarity with MCP and agent frameworks.

• Experience in secure authentication.

• Knowledge in retrieval processes.

• Experience with API integration across enterprise SaaS platforms.

• Capacity to quickly learn new technologies.

• Ability to convert workflow requirements into functional agents and communicate solutions to stakeholders.

• Competence in defending project sequencing to leadership.
