Development Analyst, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend business requirements, workflows, and regulations prior to implementation.

• Recognize inquiries, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.

• Create context and guidelines for AI agents.

• Oversee and guide the phases of the development pipeline.

• Thoroughly assess outputs generated with AI support.

• Conduct and evaluate functional tests and exception scenarios.

• Analyze failures, replicate issues, and document findings.

• Direct necessary modifications and corrections.

• Identify situations that necessitate specialized technical assistance.

• Ensure that the delivered solution adheres to business regulations and quality standards.

• Collaborate with FMX’s AI development pipeline by overseeing execution, assessing outcomes, and guiding modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in at least one of the following domains: IT Support, Testing / Quality Assurance (QA), Requirements Analysis, or Business Analysis.

• Capability to grasp business processes and regulations.

• Skill in identifying discrepancies and absent information.

• Logical reasoning and investigative abilities.

• Competence in validating scenarios and acceptance criteria.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain clear records of information.

• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI in software development.

• Openness to learning how to operate and coordinate agents.

• Ability to critically assess AI-generated outcomes.

• Interest in enhancing technical knowledge in programming, data, and integrations.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with AI tools in a work setting, programming logic, SQL, APIs, Git, involvement in automation initiatives, experience with system acceptance testing, and experience in improving or supporting applications.

• A Bachelor’s degree or a technologist degree (as listed in structured posting data).
