This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop, manage, and enhance automation processes across various business functions.
• Recognize manual workflows and implement automation solutions that increase efficiency and minimize errors.
• Oversee, diagnose, and resolve issues related to the automation systems in place.
• Prioritize and execute automation projects under the guidance of the Director of OOIA.
• Create and maintain integrations for ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, and Make.
• Manage integrations of AI tools, including connectors and prompt libraries.
• Develop AI-driven workflows for tasks such as document processing, data extraction, summarization, and decision support.
• Design, test, and enhance prompts and instructions for AI workflows.
• Monitor AI usage, evaluate output quality, and assess workflow costs.
• Capture, measure, transform, clean, and activate operational data.
• Collaborate with the central data infrastructure team.
• Assist in the enterprise rollout, onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support for AI and automation solutions.
• Create user guides, documentation, and training materials.
• Promote responsible usage and data-handling protocols in collaboration with IT.
• Write Python scripts for data transformation, API interactions, file processing, and custom logic.
• Implement version control, error handling, and thorough documentation practices.
• Practical experience in developing business automations and integrations using modern workflow and automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Experience in connecting systems via APIs, webhooks, and connectors, along with familiarity in working with structured data (JSON).
• Hands-on experience with AI / LLM tools, including integrating them into workflows, crafting effective prompts, and managing connections.
• Proficiency in Python, encompassing scripting, API interactions, JSON processing, data transformation, and error management.
• Ability to capture, transform, and manage data from diverse sources.
• Willingness to learn and navigate contemporary ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a self-motivated, execution-focused work ethic.
• Effective communication skills and the capability to train non-technical colleagues on new tools.
• Ability to articulate detailed and precise instructions and information verbally.
• Capacity to hear, with or without correction, to receive and interpret detailed information.
• Ability to remain seated at a desk workstation for varying durations.
• Capability to push, pull, lift, and carry a minimum of 10 pounds.
• Visual acuity, with or without correction, to read contract details and view computer screens.
• Dexterity to type, handle, feel, and reach with fingers and hands.
