AI & Automation Engineer – Microsoft Power Automate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design a comprehensive procure-to-pay process transformation for a global lottery-focused entertainment organization.

• Create process automation solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Automate.

• Connect Power Automate with Coupa and SAP/SAP S/4HANA.

• Execute complete business use cases through active development.

• Assess solution designs and deliver technical insights regarding potential risks.

• Manage authentication, data mapping, exceptions, troubleshooting, monitoring, and error management for integrations and automations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive commercial, hands-on experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.

• Proven experience in constructing intricate end-to-end business process automations, surpassing basic approval flows or standalone Power Apps.

• Familiarity with integrating Power Automate with external enterprise systems via APIs, standard connectors, or custom connectors.

• Knowledge of authentication, data mapping, exception management, and troubleshooting in system integrations.

• Capability to evaluate existing solution designs, pinpoint technical risks, and offer constructive technical recommendations.

• Proficiency in taking charge of hands-on implementation for a complete business use case.

• Effective communication in English within an international project context.

• Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with SAP or SAP S/4HANA.

• Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement platforms.

• Understanding of procure-to-pay, procurement, or finance processes.

• Experience with Power Platform solutions, environments, deployment, and application lifecycle management.

• Proven ability in developing production-quality automations with suitable monitoring and error-handling processes.
