AI Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identifying and automating manual processes within the department alongside key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining agents, bots, and internal solutions based on LLMs.

• Integrating solutions with Slack, internal APIs, and third-party services.

• Translating departmental needs into technical solutions by proposing alternatives and defining scope.

• Managing end-to-end solutions, including deployment through CI/CD and monitoring in production.

• Providing a technical perspective and continuous improvement on existing processes.

• Suggesting tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality.

• Collaborating with Infrastructure and Security teams to meet technical and security standards.

• Rapidly iterating on changing projects and adapting solutions based on results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in software development.

• Ability to adapt to various backend programming languages (Go, Java, Python, or others).

• Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment pipelines.

• Native experience with AI in the development cycle: ability to frame problems, delegate to agents, and ensure result accuracy (context management, harnessing, and agent self-correction).

• Real-world experience building bots, agents, or automations, with concrete end-to-end cases resolved.

• Proficiency in LLMs and their APIs.

• Experience integrating third-party tools, Slack, and internal and external APIs.

• Ability to understand business needs and problems before defining the technical solution.
