Robotic Process Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain RPA solutions utilizing UiPath.

• Create both attended and unattended automations to enhance business operations.

• Develop and manage workflows aimed at minimizing manual processing and human intervention.

• Improve existing RPA solutions and generate new automations as business needs change.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to comprehend process flows and gather requirements.

• Lead sessions for requirements gathering, debugging, and testing.

• Identify opportunities for automation and convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Implement process mapping and business process management principles.

• Construct and maintain databases utilized by RPA solutions.

• Develop and integrate APIs for enterprise application and service interactions.

• Utilize SQL, HTML, JavaScript, the Document Object Model, Python, C#, Java, .NET, and VBScript in automation projects.

• Employ Git for source control and the development of automation solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, test, monitor, and uphold RPA solutions.

• Create and sustain technical specifications and documentation for automation.

• Assist in project planning, set completion timelines, and provide weekly progress reports.

• Engage in Agile development practices and apply Agile or Waterfall software development lifecycle methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Current residence in the United States is mandatory.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a 6C Public Trust clearance.

• A favorable clearance determination is necessary for both employment and ongoing employment.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

• Not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a PIV-I card; in-person pickup may necessitate travel.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing RPA solutions with UiPath.

• Practical experience in creating attended and unattended automations.

• Experience in developing and consuming APIs.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies, including crafting technical specifications.

• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, C#, Java, or .NET.

• Experience with JavaScript or VBScript.

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Familiarity with Git for version control.

• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and the Document Object Model.

• Familiarity with concepts related to artificial intelligence and machine learning.

• Understanding of business process management, process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, and identifying automation opportunities.

• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Attention to detail and structured thinking are essential.

• Preferred: UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification, UiPath or other RPA-related certifications, familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator, SQL knowledge, and experience in automation documentation.
