AI and Innovation Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in applied research and experimentation centered around Generative AI.

• Help configure and parameterize AI agents utilizing knowledge bases and structured data.

• Perform practical, functional, and behavioral assessments of Generative AI platforms and large language models (LLMs).

• Organize, document, and structure results from experiments, hypotheses, and responses generated by models.

• Collaborate on the collection, basic processing, and interpretation of data to evaluate agent performance.

• Aggregate and analyze user feedback to recommend ongoing enhancements to AI interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related discipline, with graduation anticipated in 2027 or later.

• Availability to commit to 6 hours of work per day as an intern.

• Fundamental understanding of the workings of Generative AI and AI agents.

• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms, tools, or interfaces (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

• Excellent written communication skills, ability to adhere to technical instructions, and discipline in documenting processes.

• Structured logical reasoning for basic data analysis and problem-solving tasks.

• Previous experience through personal or academic projects, or coursework involving the creation and configuration of workflows on low-code/no-code platforms (like Flowise, Langflow, Dify, OpenAI GPTs, Make, etc.) is advantageous.

• Conceptual understanding of integrating knowledge bases with language models (RAG / Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts) is beneficial.

• Familiarity with basic data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, or basic Python) and synthesis of user feedback is a plus.
