This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Taking responsibility for engaging Mazlan free-trial customers in your designated region.
• Overseeing a portfolio of trial accounts from their activation to conversion.
• Conducting structured onboarding sessions, demonstrations, workflow walkthroughs, and regular check-ins.
• Gaining an understanding of customer workflows and customizing guidance to meet their unique requirements.
• Actively identifying and eliminating obstacles to adoption, such as confidence issues, time constraints, or technical difficulties.
• Converting Mazlan's capabilities into actionable, industry-relevant use cases across EHS, Quality, Compliance, and other sectors.
• Providing best practices and resources that assist customers in realizing value swiftly.
• Keeping track of trial health and alerting at-risk accounts early.
• Collaborating closely with Sales to facilitate conversion discussions and customer transitions.
• Conveying customer feedback and insights to the Product, Customer Success, and Commercial teams.
• You don't need to be an AI specialist to excel in this position.
• Curiosity, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers extract value from technology are significantly more important.
• You are comfortable working autonomously, enjoy building relationships, and understand the relationship between customer success, adoption, and business growth.
• You are highly customer-centric and take pleasure in empowering others to thrive with software.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with both end users and senior stakeholders.
• You quickly learn new tools and can explain them in a straightforward, accessible manner.
• You are organized, proactive, and adept at managing your own priorities.
• You comprehend the connection between customer success, adoption, and commercial results.
• You are at ease working in a regional capacity and forming long-term relationships.
• Experience in customer success, onboarding, training, implementation, or enablement would be beneficial.
• Desirable: Background in a Customer Success, onboarding, implementation, or training role.
• Familiarity with EHS, Quality, Compliance, Risk, or related industries.
• Experience with AI-powered tools or a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
