Agricultural Sales Representative – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to farmers on eco-friendly fertilization and animal nutrition methods

• Perform needs assessments and assist customers with effective product application and performance tracking

• Assume full responsibility for your designated sales area

• Foster ongoing customer relationships while seeking to attract new clients

• Actively market innovative products in the field

• Collaborate closely with agricultural retailers and sales partners

• Represent the organization at regional industry events and trade shows

• Develop local connections and professional networks

• Manage administrative responsibilities independently while on the move or working from home

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably, experience and/or training in agriculture, animal husbandry, agricultural technology, animal feed, livestock housing equipment, or a similar field

• Motivated individuals without prior agricultural experience are encouraged to apply, especially those with backgrounds in sales or skilled trades

• Familiarity with the language and daily practices of farmers

• Eagerness to apply knowledge practically through consulting and sales

• Enjoy engaging with customers in a field-based position

• Goal-driven and self-motivated work approach

• Ideally, established contacts within farms, cooperatives, or agricultural retailers

• A valid Category B driver’s license

• Willingness to spend five days a week visiting customers on-site
