This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to farmers on eco-friendly methods for fertilization and animal nutrition.

• Perform needs assessments, recommend appropriate applications, and track outcomes.

• Assume full responsibility for a specified sales territory.

• Foster relationships with current clients while also securing new ones.

• Proactively market innovative products in the field.

• Collaborate with agricultural retailers and sales partners.

• Represent the organization at regional industry events and trade fairs.

• Assist farmers in a sales territory located near your residence.

• Manage administrative duties independently while traveling or working from home.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, possess experience and/or training in agriculture, animal husbandry, agricultural technology, animal feed, livestock housing equipment, or a related domain.

• Enthusiastic applicants without prior agricultural experience are also encouraged to apply, such as those with backgrounds in sales, skilled trades, or related sectors.

• Practical experience and a passion for consulting and sales.

• Goal-oriented and self-driven work ethic.

• Preferably, an established network of contacts within farms, cooperatives, or agricultural retailers.

• Valid Category B driver's license.

• Willing to dedicate five days per week to visit customers in the field.
