Agile Transformation Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies at both Domain and Enterprise levels, ensuring alignment between Agile teams and business objectives.

• Collaborate with leadership to refine and enhance the organization’s Agile framework on an ongoing basis.

• Advocate for a cultural shift towards Agile principles and transformation in leadership behavior.

• Provide mentorship and development for Agile Delivery Leads to enhance Agile execution at the Pod/Sub-domain level.

• Collaborate with VPs, Directors, and Business Owners to bolster Agile capabilities across the organization.

• Assist leaders in transitioning from traditional project-based delivery systems to Agile value streams.

• Develop internal Agile training and certification programs in partnership with the EPMO Learning Solutions team.

• Monitor success metrics of Agile transformation, such as efficiency, employee engagement, and overall business agility.

• Work alongside Agile Delivery Leads to identify Pod/Sub-domain challenges and disseminate best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Team Coach (Scrum Master), Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or similar, demonstrating leadership in Agile adoption across multiple teams.

• Proven experience coaching senior leadership, Agile Delivery Leads, and teams on Agile methodologies.

• Strong understanding of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, etc.).

• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), or SAFe Agilist (SA) is required.

• Additional Agile certifications (ICP-ACC, SPC, CSP-SM, LPM) are preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, or similar).

• Experience in mentoring Agile Delivery Leads, Product Managers, and senior leaders.

• Proficiency in defining and implementing Agile operating models and governance structures.

• Expertise in managing organizational change and scaling Agile adoption.

• Capability to lead cultural transformations towards Agile practices and facilitate shifts in leadership mindsets.

• Strong influencing and facilitation skills to align senior leadership and teams effectively.

• Experience in designing and delivering comprehensive enterprise Agile training programs.

• Ability to track and assess Agile maturity across Pods/Sub-Domains and Domains.

• Strong skills in value stream mapping and optimizing Agile delivery processes.
