This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate PI Planning, encompassing readiness, logistics, execution, shared mission, vision, and committed PI Objectives.
• Lead ART Syncs to identify cross-team dependencies, monitor progress, adjust scope, and address impediments.
• Organize System Demos and Inspect & Adapt events, focusing on structured problem-solving.
• Manage and enhance the Program Kanban while optimizing Feature/Capability flow using SAFe Flow Metrics.
• Monitor and improve ART Predictability Measure, reporting the outcomes effectively.
• Support the ART budget and delivery reporting to ensure transparency and facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate risk management through the ROAM method and maintain program risks until resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment.
• Work closely with business owners and stakeholders to identify dependencies and promote cross-team coordination.
• Advocate for SAFe CALMR DevOps and assist in the maturation of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
• Oversee, mentor, and develop Scrum Masters.
• Aid Scrum Masters in eliminating impediments and enhancing team performance.
• Guide Scrum Masters/Team Coaches, Product Owners, Business Owners, stakeholders, leaders, and teams in Lean-Agile practices and SAFe principles.
• Promote servant leadership, continuous improvement, Built-In Quality, and a data-informed mindset.
• Support delivery in regulated healthcare environments, ensuring HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• 6+ years of experience in Agile delivery.
• 2+ years in a program-level facilitation or coaching position, such as RTE or Senior Scrum Master.
• Experience managing Scrum Masters or Agile team coaches.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies within a SAFe framework.
• Proficient in ART/Program Kanban, dependency management, ROAM risk management, and flow/predictability metrics.
• Familiarity with Agile ALM tools, including Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Proficient in using virtual collaboration platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong skills in communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and collaboration.
• Results-oriented approach.
• Capability to support delivery in regulated healthcare settings while adhering to HIPAA/PHI confidentiality, privacy, and security standards.
• Timely completion of all required company-sponsored and regulatory training programs.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is preferred.
• Preferred experience in Healthcare IT and familiarity with privacy/regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of DevOps/CALMR and Continuous Delivery Pipeline is preferred.
