Agile Delivery Lead – Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assemble high-performing software and infrastructure teams that deliver high-value products, platform components, and projects utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Facilitate team gatherings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, demonstrations, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads to guide team development and foster continuous improvement.

• Educate teams on Lean and Agile methodologies, practices, and core values.

• Cultivate self-sustaining teams that excel in communication, estimation, planning, prioritization, and delivery practices.

• Promote team well-being, psychological safety, accountability, constructive feedback, and effective conflict resolution.

• Maintain transparent facilitation practices and metrics related to backlog, workload, throughput, velocity, delivery, and milestones.

• Evaluate team competencies and conduct gap analyses concerning workload and responsibilities.

• Assist Product Owners and Platform Leads with team dynamics, scope, and prioritization.

• Support Technical Leads with iterative development, technical decisions, and managing technical debt.

• Eliminate obstacles hindering the team's ability to deliver work.

• Coordinate several teams to ensure timely delivery of committed work.

• Develop 90-day scenarios, major release plans, contingency strategies, and resource forecasts.

• Manage inter- and intra-team prioritization based on dependencies.

• Prepare project plans, meeting agendas, follow-up actions, and decision documentation as necessary.

• Keep stakeholders updated on project status, achievements, and issues; create action plans to address delays or challenges.

• Design and implement a Team Maturity model across the Technology department.

• Enhance technical skills, communication, platform culture, systems/capabilities, processes, curiosity, ownership, and management through training, coaching, educational initiatives, and regular events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Agile facilitation and project management.

• 5–7 years of experience in a multi-team, cross-functional platform environment.

• Excellent facilitation and collaboration abilities.

• Strong preference for candidates with a combination of start-up and/or growth-stage experience.

• Strong preference for candidates experienced in organizational change management.

• Experience in supporting Salesforce development teams is advantageous.

• Proven track record in facilitating the development of high-quality teams.

• Capability to consistently and actively coach teams towards improved health and performance.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve results in cross-functional implementation.

• Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, dynamic, growth-stage organizations.

• Ability to inspire and motivate others through example while managing change across the organization.

• Knowledgeable in Lean and Agile methodologies, demonstrating pragmatism and adaptability.

• Proven skills in stakeholder management, strategic prioritization, consensus-building, and advocacy.

• Willingness to engage at multiple levels: strategic, managerial, and executional.

• Exceptional visual, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
