📋 Description

• Oversee, maintain, and consistently enhance the Downstream flow on a global level

• Ensure compliance with the established process

• Guarantee the accuracy of flow data

• Provide tools, visibility, and mechanisms to assist teams in achieving predictable international deliveries

• Supervise Downstream operational discipline and encourage data-informed improvements

• Coordinate work plans with stakeholders

• Facilitate the formulation and monitor action plans resulting from any deviations

• Systematically monitor the flow performance indicators

• Develop and implement practical solutions utilizing Generative AI and automation to enhance governance practices and expedite flow analysis

• Operate remotely within a cross-functional framework (Cross Chapter)

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in workflow management (Kanban/Delivery), systemic agility, and operational governance within technology settings

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, encompassing process rule management, queries, workflows, Delivery Flow work-item traceability, and data-quality governance

• Daily engagement with and analysis of standard flow metrics, such as System Lead Time, Downstream Cycle Time, Flow Efficiency, Throughput, WIP, WIP Aging, and Blocker Metrics

• Experience in providing tools, views, and tracking methodologies that enable teams to attain enhanced delivery predictability

• Skilled in tactical stakeholder management, including aligning delivery plans, creating action plans to tackle bottlenecks, and visual management of indicators and performance metrics

• Application and oversight of working agreements like Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), Block Management, and Sustain Capacity categorization

• Experience in developing and utilizing simple Artificial Intelligence solutions or automations, including scripts, OpenAI Codex, AI assistants, or workflow automations, to refine personal routines and analyses

• Advanced English proficiency for daily interactions in global contexts and meetings

• Preferred: practical knowledge of implementing the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM)

• Preferred: certifications in flow management and agility methodologies, such as KMM, KCP, or equivalent certifications
