Agentic Engineer II/III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and develop high-quality prompts for LLM-driven agents

• Construct agentic tools and workflows utilizing Netomi’s no-code platform

• Integrate both external and internal APIs, including managing authentication, data mapping, and error handling

• Execute unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the reliability of agent workflows

• Employ engineering best practices and design patterns such as retries, timeouts, idempotency, and lazy loading

• Enhance agents for performance, cost-efficiency, and fault tolerance

• Work collaboratively with Product, QA, and Delivery teams to deploy production-quality agentic solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in a Software Development Engineer role or a similar position

• Strong grasp of prompt engineering and LLM behavior

• Practical experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations

• Extensive experience in unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

• Understanding of resilient system design patterns and handling of non-happy paths

• Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (a plus)

• Familiarity with agentic AI, conversational AI, or workflow orchestration systems (a plus)

• Knowledge of observability and monitoring practices in production environments (a plus)
