This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and enhance AI-driven applications, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.
• Implement AI-assisted engineering methodologies, prompt engineering strategies, and contemporary software development practices.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to AI governance, security, testing, and software quality standards.
• Lead the technical execution of features and services from the design phase to deployment.
• Create scalable integrations between AI systems, enterprise platforms, APIs, and cloud-native services.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges related to performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Enhance engineering efficiency through automation, workflow optimization, testing enhancements, and AI-driven development techniques.
• Contribute to technical documentation, reusable components, and engineering best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and propose enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, and DevEx teams.
• Engage in technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering working groups.
• Share technical expertise and contribute through peer support and mentorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or AI-enabled solution development.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, including C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable software applications using Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed application architectures.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability tools.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices, application security, AI governance, and software quality standards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Preferred: experience in developing AI-enabled applications, intelligent automation solutions, or agentic workflows in a production setting.
• Preferred: knowledge of LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks, vector databases, or RAG architectures.
• Preferred: experience with containerization technologies, Kubernetes, serverless computing, or cloud-native application design.
• Preferred: exposure to infrastructure as code, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering practices.
• Preferred: experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical initiatives within Agile teams.
• Preferred: understanding of software architecture patterns, performance optimization, and scalable distributed systems.
• Preferred: holds cloud platform certifications or AI-related certifications.
