Agente de Recrutamento – Construção Civil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Recruit and select Carpenters and Scaffold Assemblers for projects in Carapicuíba.

• Occasionally assist in the recruitment of other professionals in the Construction sector.

• Conduct active hunting and sourcing strategies for operational vacancies.

• Promote job openings through the most effective channels for the industry.

• Prepare reports and present candidates to management.

• Ensure promptness and quality in deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mandatory experience in Recruitment and Selection within the Construction sector.

• Proven experience hiring operational professionals for construction sites.

• Background in recruiting Carpenters, Scaffold Assemblers, or related roles will be considered a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with sourcing strategies for operational vacancies.

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and a sense of urgency.

• Having an active candidate pool in the Construction sector is a plus.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment is an advantage.

• Knowledge of specific platforms and channels for hiring operational labor is beneficial.

• Previous experience serving construction companies, contractors, or firms in the industry is a plus.

• Education: Technical Course.
