This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct sales via phone for auto, home, and life insurance

• Operate in a home office environment

• Negotiate sales over the phone

• Maintain a focus on daily results and quality

• Work on a 6x1 schedule, from Monday to Saturday

• Work hours to be arranged according to operational needs

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma (2nd degree)

• Experience in selling auto, life, or home insurance is an advantage

• Prior experience in phone sales within a call center environment

• Proficiency in the Office suite

• Ability to navigate various systems with ease

• Self-management skills

• Flexibility to handle pressure for daily results

• Strong negotiation skills over the phone
