This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Propel business expansion by marketing and selling the company's range of products and aftermarket services.
• Concentrate sales initiatives on the inspection, maintenance, servicing, and retrofitting of turbomachinery and rotating equipment.
• Oversee assigned customer accounts and allocate resources efficiently within the specified territory.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within hydrocarbon processing and secondary industries.
• Prepare annual business plans, monthly sales reports, and precise sales forecasts.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities while establishing objectives to surpass sales targets.
• Draft proposals, negotiate complex contract terms, and secure orders while preserving profit margins.
• Monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery, technical and commercial compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in trade fairs, road shows, and high-level sales presentations.
• Recommend, justify, manage, train, and mentor local sales representatives.
• Travel throughout the designated territory for client meetings, presentations, and events.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East and Africa region.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, especially in the turbomachinery or rotating equipment field.
• Essential knowledge of steam turbines, compressors, pumps, and associated auxiliary equipment.
• Strong comprehension of hydrocarbon processing industries, including oil and gas, petrochemical, and gas transmission sectors.
• Familiarity with secondary industries such as power generation, iron and steel, and paper and pulp.
• Excellent skills in territory management, planning, and organization.
• Capability to create detailed business plans, proposals, and sales forecasts.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to establish trust-based relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Exceptional skills in presentation and negotiation.
• Ability to comprehend diverse customer needs and deliver customized technical and service solutions.
• Capacity to stay updated on technological advancements and shifting market trends.
• Experience in managing and training local sales representatives is advantageous.
