After-Sales Service Technician – Southern Germany Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluating racking systems at customer locations in Germany and potentially internationally.

• Engaging with customers, inspectors, and field sales representatives.

• Technically addressing and clarifying customer inquiries.

• Promoting and selling BITO products during customer interactions.

• Conducting maintenance on PROmotion, PROmobile, and LEO, which includes minor service tasks.

• Managing complaints and developing solutions to issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), coupled with additional training as a qualified electrical specialist.

• Alternatively, completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d); further training as a qualified electrical specialist will be provided.

• Experience in performing maintenance and service work is a plus.

• Proficient written and spoken English skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Ability to work independently, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a high level of personal accountability.
