πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Propel growth by establishing strategic affiliate partnerships and campaigns aimed at promoting travel products and services.

β€’ Actively seek out and recruit new affiliate partners and key revenue contributors.

β€’ Manage a curated portfolio of 80–100 affiliate partners, developing individual account strategies and executing quarterly growth plans.

β€’ Cultivate and sustain high-value relationships with top affiliate partners through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), planning sessions, and feedback interactions.

β€’ Track and enhance affiliate partner performance based on Revenue, Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), and Average Order Value (AOV) metrics.

β€’ Spot growth opportunities and identify potential risks, including declining performance, fraud, or partner inactivity.

β€’ Create and implement revenue acceleration initiatives, incorporating seasonal promotions, exclusive offers, volume-based commission structures, and cross-selling opportunities.

β€’ Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across various online platforms.

β€’ Identify and pursue strategic avenues to expand Holafly's market presence through high-quality affiliate partnerships.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Must currently reside in the UK or Australia (mandatory).

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing and strategic partnerships, collaborating with content creators on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Blogs.

β€’ Proven success in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive revenue across global markets.

β€’ Experience managing large-scale performance campaigns within the UK and/or Australia.

β€’ Native or professional fluency (C1) in English.

β€’ Familiarity with the Impact platform is essential.

β€’ Strong proficiency in SEO tools, particularly Ahrefs.

β€’ Excellent ability to derive insights through Excel and Google Analytics.

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

β€’ Solution-oriented, dynamic, proactive, and ambitious personality.

β€’ Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

β€’ Outstanding project and time management abilities.

β€’ Technical or digital marketing certifications are advantageous.

β€’ Established network within the tech or travel sector.
