Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Execute daily scouting and outreach efforts to attract new traffic partners through both manual communication and automated tools.

• Identify partners that align with the target audience to achieve measurable user-acquisition growth.

• Monitor partner performance metrics on a daily basis.

• Expand successful campaigns and eliminate underperforming traffic sources.

• Foster high-touch partner engagement with regular check-ins.

• Evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, and propose new collaboration opportunities.

• Establish a minimum of one new traffic source that generates $1,000 in monthly profit within the first 90 days.

• Leverage AI-driven discovery tools like Clay to enhance partner identification processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate management.

• A demonstrated history of discovering and onboarding new traffic partners.

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools or networks such as Tune, Awin, Impact, or Affise.

• Experience limited to influencer management is not suitable.

• A proactive “hunter” mentality focused on traffic optimization and growth.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets for data monitoring.

• Capable of clearly articulating past campaign mechanics and successes.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Highly presentable for partner calls.

• Experience with CRM/outreach tools is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with AI discovery and prospecting tools like Clay is a plus.

• Previous team management experience is a desirable asset.

• Additional experience in influencer campaigns is a nice-to-have.

• Experience in negotiating partner contracts is a bonus.
