This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand the current affiliate partner network utilizing CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.

• Facilitate the onboarding of partners, including creative selection, landing page configuration, tracking (postback/S2S) setup, and quality assurance.

• Track daily and weekly KPIs for each partner, focusing on traffic quality, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI.

• Collaborate with partners to enhance underperforming placements.

• Sustain the tracking and reporting framework.

• Examine and rectify discrepancies between partner data and internal metrics.

• Keep the partner database updated with information such as contacts, terms, geographical areas, status, and next actions.

• Assist the Business Developer in initiating and expanding new custom partnerships following the agreement of commercial terms.

• Manage the technical setup, monitoring, and initial optimization of new partnerships.

• Keep an eye on competitor affiliate programs and report significant insights to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in comprehensive affiliate account management, covering onboarding, creative and landing page setup, tracking setup, and scaling.

• Familiarity with CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid models.

• Knowledge of channel economics, traffic quality, and fraud prevention.

• Technical skills in tracking, pixels, postback/S2S, attribution, and basic API usage.

• Experience in partner pipeline/CRM management and maintaining database integrity.

• Proficient in analytical reporting, including creating and interpreting performance dashboards and identifying anomalies.

• Basic understanding of advertising platform compliance standards.

• Comfortable using Claude / ChatGPT.

• Proficient in Business English for written communication and partner interactions.
