Creative Talent Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage 4–7 open positions simultaneously from inception to completion, focusing primarily on individual contributor roles and occasionally on team lead positions.

• Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to establish effective candidate profiles.

• Oversee the entire hiring process, encompassing sourcing, screening, scheduling, and extending offers.

• Maintain Ashby and ensure that pipeline metrics are accurate for each role under your ownership.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on the development of scorecards.

• Facilitate hiring debrief sessions that drive decision-making forward.

• Independently manage offer discussions for individual contributor positions.

• Oversee intricate hiring processes for roles in Creative, Influencer Marketing, UGC, Project Management, replacements, and Talent Operations across the recruitment spectrum.

• Achieve success metrics, including time-to-fill at or below the team baseline, offer acceptance rates exceeding 80%, positive hiring manager NPS, and no discrepancies in level/compensation calibration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing/advertising agency, service industry, or a remote-first tech company.

• Proven experience in hiring individual contributors and first-time managers.

• Capability to constructively challenge senior hiring managers.

• Strong perspectives on what constitutes “great” candidates and the ability to advocate for those views.

• The primary country of residence must be one where the candidate holds citizenship or permanent work rights.

• Recruitment experience in marketing, advertising, or creative agencies will be highlighted in the application questions.
