Affiliate Specialist – Pro, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage new affiliate partners across various channels including media publishers, mobile networks, incentive sites, social network collaborations, and CTV.

• Compose and dispatch tailored outreach communications.

• Oversee the partner pipeline from initial contact to onboarding.

• Assist with the evaluation and scoring processes for prospective partners.

• Aid in the coordination of go-to-market strategies and launches for new affiliate partners, including briefs, newsletters, and creative asset distribution.

• Manage the Impact.com platform by setting up partner accounts, conducting tracking link quality assurance, and adjusting commission structures as necessary.

• Facilitate weekly and monthly reporting cycles utilizing QuickSight, AppsFlyer, and Hex exports.

• Input data into the Kraken Pro performance dashboard and provide necessary updates.

• Monitor compliance and identify fraud flags, escalating issues as per established policy.

• Assist in invoice and payment reconciliation with acceleration partners and the finance team.

• Maintain comprehensive records of partner creative assets, contracts, and documentation.

• Collaborate with agencies for daily partner servicing and address escalations.

• Support ad hoc analyses and upkeep of dashboards.

• Contribute to the development of affiliate strategies as the program expands.

• Engage in cross-functional discussions involving product, compliance, design, martech, and analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, growth marketing, or a related digital marketing domain.

• Exceptional written communication skills for effective partner outreach and relationship management.

• Proficient in working with data.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven, capable of managing multiple partner relationships and workstreams simultaneously.

• Authentic interest in the crypto or fintech sectors.

• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools like Hex and QuickSight is advantageous.

• Knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Impact.com and attribution tools like AppsFlyer is a plus.

• Experience in fintech or crypto is beneficial.
