This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional mental health support to corporate employees through various modalities.

• Provide counseling services in-person, online, and over the phone.

• Utilize evidence-based, short-term, solution-focused approaches to foster workplace wellness and adhere to employee care timelines.

• Ensure that all case notes are completed within Lyra’s 24-hour documentation timeframe.

• Maintain clinical notes that comply with global quality standards and audit protocols.

• Confirm all client interactions through Lyra’s official notice system prior to commencing treatment under the EAP framework.

• Recognize high-risk cases, crises, and clinical red flags.

• Follow Lyra’s Service Level Agreements for managing emergencies.

• Comply with Lyra’s direct-transaction policy; all fees are processed centrally.

• Abide by the strict non-solicitation policy.

• Collaborate with internal operations and clinical oversight teams.

• Serve as a Lyra brand ambassador, exemplifying clinical excellence, innovation, and empathy.

• Engage in the global standard of care and assist employees in navigating personal and professional challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.

• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.

• At least two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience after obtaining a Master’s degree.

• Previous experience as an EAP service provider is highly desirable.

• Deep understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models.

• Demonstrated expertise in EAP Services & Workplace Wellness.

• Proficient in Stress Management & Occupational Burnout.

• Skilled in Relationship & Interpersonal Issues.

• Expertise in Grief and Bereavement Counseling.

• Proficient in Family/Play Therapy or specialized creative interventions.

• Outstanding clinical skills and a dedication to evidence-based practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to establish therapeutic alliances across various modalities.

• Strong focus on confidentiality, record-keeping, and compliance procedures.

• Ability to adhere to strict documentation deadlines and agreed-upon SLAs.
