This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality mental health support to corporate employees via face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic counseling.

• Implement evidence-based, short-term, solution-focused interventions designed for workplace wellness and employee care timelines.

• Ensure all case notes are completed within 24 hours.

• Maintain clinical notes that adhere to global quality standards and audit protocols.

• Confirm client interactions through Lyra’s official notice system prior to commencing EAP treatment.

• Recognize high-risk cases, crises, and clinical red flags in accordance with Lyra’s emergency-handling SLAs.

• Comply with Lyra’s direct-transaction policy; do not charge or transact directly with employees.

• Follow the non-solicitation policy.

• Exemplify Lyra’s values of clinical excellence, innovation, and empathy.

• Complete clinical and administrative tasks within the agreed-upon SLAs.

• Work collaboratively with internal operations and clinical oversight teams.

• Engage in Lyra’s global standard of care for corporate employees.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.

• Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.

• At least two years of post-qualification clinical experience after obtaining a Master’s degree.

• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models.

• Demonstrated expertise in EAP services and workplace wellness.

• Specialized knowledge in stress management and occupational burnout.

• Proficiency in addressing relationship and interpersonal issues.

• Expertise in grief and bereavement counseling.

• Competence in family/play therapy or specialized creative interventions.

• Exceptional clinical skills and a strong commitment to evidence-based practices.

• Ability to meet stringent administrative and documentation deadlines.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills adaptable across various modalities.

• Strict adherence to confidentiality, record-keeping, and compliance procedures.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal operations and clinical oversight teams.
