Affiliate EAP Counsellor, Network Partnership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional mental health support to corporate employees through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic methods.

• Utilize evidence-based, short-term, solution-focused interventions customized for workplace wellness and employee care timelines.

• Ensure all case notes are completed within Lyra’s 24-hour documentation compliance requirement.

• Maintain clinical notes that adhere to global quality standards and audit protocols.

• Confirm client interactions via Lyra’s official notice system prior to commencing EAP treatment.

• Recognize high-risk cases, crises, and clinical red flags, in alignment with Lyra’s emergency-handling SLAs.

• Comply with Lyra’s direct-transaction policy; direct billing or transactions with employees are not allowed.

• Follow Lyra’s non-solicitation policy and uphold professional boundaries.

• Embody Lyra’s core values of clinical excellence, innovation, and empathy.

• Accurately complete clinical and administrative tasks within the agreed-upon SLAs.

• Work collaboratively with network partners, internal operations, and clinical oversight teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.

• Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.

• At least two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of a Master’s degree.

• Previous experience as an EAP service provider is strongly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models.

• Demonstrated expertise in EAP services and workplace wellness.

• Proficient in stress management and occupational burnout interventions.

• Skilled in addressing relationship and interpersonal issues.

• Experienced in grief and bereavement counseling.

• Knowledgeable in family/play therapy or specialized creative interventions.

• Outstanding clinical skills and a strong commitment to evidence-based practices.

• Ability to adhere to strict documentation deadlines and compliance requirements.

• Flexible verbal and written communication skills suitable for various modalities.

• Commitment to confidentiality, meticulous record-keeping, and attention to detail.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with internal operations and clinical oversight teams.
