This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver exceptional mental health support to corporate staff through in-person, virtual, and telephonic methods.
• Utilize evidence-based, short-term, solution-focused strategies customized for workplace wellness and employee care timelines.
• Complete all case documentation within 24 hours in accordance with Lyra’s compliance policy.
• Maintain clinical records that adhere to global quality standards and auditing protocols.
• Verify all client interactions using Lyra’s official notification system prior to commencing treatment under the EAP framework.
• Identify high-risk cases, crises, and clinical warning signs, following Lyra’s emergency-response service level agreements (SLAs).
• Comply with Lyra’s direct-transaction policy; refrain from any direct billing or transactions with employees.
• Uphold the strict non-solicitation policy and maintain professional boundaries.
• Exemplify Lyra’s values of clinical excellence, innovation, and empathy.
• Ensure accuracy in clinical and administrative responsibilities within the agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal operations and clinical oversight teams as a network partner.
• Engage in Lyra’s global standard of care for corporate employees.
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.
• At least two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of a Master’s degree.
• Previous experience as an EAP service provider is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated expertise in EAP services and workplace wellness.
• Proficiency in stress management and occupational burnout.
• Knowledgeable in relationship and interpersonal challenges.
• Experienced in grief and bereavement counseling.
• Skilled in family/play therapy or specialized creative interventions.
• Outstanding clinical abilities and a commitment to evidence-based methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across various modalities.
• Diligent in confidentiality, record-keeping, and compliance practices.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with internal operations and clinical oversight teams.
