Affiliate Coordinator, Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit promising affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, Trybe, and various creator platforms.

• Recognize creators whose content style and audience align with Calming Co., followed by tailored outreach efforts.

• Monitor outreach and conversion rates to ensure a continuous pipeline of affiliate talent.

• Guide new affiliates on brand standards, product messaging, and program expectations.

• Develop and sustain training materials, including example videos, instructional guides, and best practices.

• Educate and mentor affiliates on TikTok and Meta, covering aspects like hooks, scripting, product showcases, storytelling, and effective calls to action.

• Offer constructive feedback on draft and published content.

• Foster engagement within the affiliate community through creator channels such as Discord.

• Provide weekly content ideas, highlight successful videos, address inquiries, and conduct coaching sessions or office hours.

• Support the Director of Influencers with creative briefs, affiliate briefs, and content strategies.

• Track creator performance, deliverables, sample shipments, and content databases using Monday.com.

• Ensure compliance of content with FTC Endorsement Guidelines, FDA dietary supplement marketing regulations, and platform policies.

• Identify non-compliant content and guide creators on necessary adjustments.

• Analyze creator, content approach, and video performance to pinpoint sales drivers and communicate insights to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient understanding of TikTok Shop and the TikTok affiliate landscape; experience in creating short-form content is essential.

• Over 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate/creator programs, UGC, or social content within a DTC or CPG setting is preferred.

• A keen eye for the elements that make short-form content successful, with the ability to articulate this effectively to creators.

• Familiarity with FTC endorsement disclosure requirements; experience in supplement, wellness, or other regulated categories is advantageous.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English; friendly, supportive, and straightforward when providing feedback.

• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software, along with affiliate platforms like Trybe.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing numerous creators and tasks simultaneously in a remote setting.

• Availability to work during US Pacific Time business hours.
