Affiliate and Influencer Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop a unified affiliate and creator program across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify.

• Establish the roles, economics, tracking, tiers, commissions, and incentives for each channel.

• Mentor creators, oversee their achievements, conduct creator calls, offer feedback, and ensure ongoing engagement.

• Keep track of platform updates, affiliate and creator models, and AI tools; experiment with new strategies.

• Manage sample expenditures, commissions, retainers, and assess sales and margin returns.

• Lead a sourcing team to ensure a consistent flow of suitable creators.

• Attract, nurture, and retain high-performing affiliates and creators.

• Adapt successful creator content for paid media campaigns on Amazon and Shopify.

• Run the program using CRM systems, documented procedures, and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Report directly to the CEO and develop a multimillion-dollar program across all sales channels.

• Achieve month-over-month growth in affiliate sales, program profitability, top-affiliate sales increases, consistent creator postings, and systems-driven operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing for e-commerce brands.

• Successfully built and scaled an affiliate or creator program for at least one other e-commerce brand, demonstrating tangible results.

• Practical experience managing affiliates on at least two of TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify, with the capability to oversee all three.

• A perspective on the future of affiliate marketing, along with an innovative approach that anticipates trends.

• Solid understanding of program economics, including commission structures, costs per creator, and margins.

• Experience in mentoring creators and managing a sourcing team or virtual assistants.

• Proficiency in AI tools, CRM systems, and documented standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Daily utilization of AI to enhance productivity is essential.

• Strong communication skills, ability to build trust, commitment to excellence, follow-through, data-driven decision-making, structured processes, relationship-building, and momentum creation.
