Aesthetics Territory Manager – Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver presentations on products and services to potential and prospective clients.

• Assess customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.

• Create strategic plans aimed at achieving sales objectives.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.

• Serve as the primary contact for current and prospective customers within the designated territory.

• Recognize local business opportunities and challenges.

• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on regional sales performance.

• Collaborate with sales personnel and internal teams to achieve both individual and collective sales targets.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding features, pricing, and additional services.

• Promote additional products when appropriate.

• Partner with sales representatives from various territories to exchange best practices and foster a unified sales strategy.

• Stay informed about industry-specific trends and market landscapes.

• Track economic indicators, evolving trends, supply and demand, and competitor activities.

• Keep up to date with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies and procedures.

• Complete designated tasks and responsibilities within specified timelines.

• Perform other assigned duties as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales management or a related field is required.

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline from an accredited institution is preferred.

• A favorable background check is mandatory.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated capability to manage the sales process from inception to completion.

• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in articulating the unique features of services and products.

• Skilled in developing client-focused, differentiated, and realistic solutions.

• Knowledgeable in sales planning, relationship management, and profitability optimization.

• Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings.

• Willingness to work outside of regular business hours on weekdays or weekends with adequate prior notice.

• Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, relevant regulations and standards, and internal policies and procedures.
