This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Implement strategic initiatives to meet sales objectives and keep management updated on progress.
• Act as the primary contact for current and potential clients within the designated area.
• Recognize local business opportunities and address challenges.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on regional sales performance.
• Showcase products and services to prospective clients.
• Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales personnel and internal teams to achieve both individual and collective sales targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding features, pricing, and supplementary services.
• Effectively cross-sell products when suitable.
• Work together with sales representatives from various territories to exchange best practices and foster a unified sales strategy.
• Develop and sustain robust, long-term relationships with customers while understanding their business goals and requirements.
• Keep track of industry-specific trends, economic indicators, changing dynamics, supply and demand, and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to team efforts and deliver related outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, relevant regulations and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Exhibit acceptable attendance and punctuality.
• Complete assigned duties and responsibilities within specified timeframes.
• Be available to work beyond standard business hours on weekdays or weekends when required, given reasonable prior notice.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales management or a related industry is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
• A favorable background investigation clearance is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing the sales process from initiation to completion.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to clearly articulate unique aspects of services and products.
• Knowledgeable in developing client-focused, differentiated, and feasible solutions.
• Proficient in sales planning.
• Skilled in building relationships.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Capable of managing profitability.
• Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, relevant regulations and standards, as well as internal policies and standard operating procedures.
