AEP/CJA Developer

📋 Description

• Transition and reconstruct Adobe Analytics reports and dashboards into Customer Journey Analytics, converting segments, calculated metrics, and workspace projects into CJA dataviews and Analysis Workspace equivalents.

• Create and sustain clickstream-based reporting for web traffic attribution, landing page effectiveness, cart conversion analysis, and campaign performance across more than 40 international regions.

• Assist with XDM schema evaluation and configure dataviews in Customer Journey Analytics.

• Develop and maintain pre/post comparison dashboards for site migrations and feature deployments, encompassing baseline measurement, UAT validation, and post-launch oversight.

• Construct reporting dashboards for email campaigns, landing page templates, and MarTech experiments using Power BI, incorporating scheduled data refreshes from Databricks.

• Document dataview logic, develop report templates, and create reference materials for self-service reporting.

• Conduct end-to-end data validation between Databricks analytical tables and front-end dashboards.

• Implement pre/post migration validation checks and standardize repeatable data validation methodologies for MarTech reporting pipelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5–8 years of practical experience in digital analytics optimization, covering web analytics and marketing technology reporting, with up to 6 years in related positions.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics.

• Proficiency in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Strong SQL capabilities for data validation and query formulation.

• Experience utilizing Databricks for data processing and analytics.

• Competence in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.

• Background in clickstream data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with data migration from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics.

• Proficient in A/B testing setup and analysis.

• Familiarity with Braze for email campaign analytics.

• Understanding of XDM schema and dataview configuration.

• Skilled in Tableau for data visualization.

• Experience with Optimizely or similar experimentation platforms.

• Knowledge of Adobe Target for digital marketing optimization.

• Familiarity with Google Optimize for user experience testing.

• Background in statistics for advanced analytics.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a closely related field.

• Adobe Analytics certification or a recognized equivalent in web analytics.

• Certification in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, Canada, or India.
