AEM Product Lead – Digital Experience Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the web experience roadmap and the sequencing of delivery in alignment with the migration strategy and the 6-month program roadmap.

• Design and architect solutions using AEMaaCS to support large-scale digital experiences.

• Establish requirements, governance, and architectural standards for web experience platforms.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for web experiences and collaborate with the Analytics product lead on measurement instrumentation.

• Contribute to the long-term vision for the platform, extending into 2027 and beyond.

• Supervise the adoption of Document Authoring (da.live) and the design of authoring workflows across web properties.

• Propel the implementation of Edge Delivery Services to enhance publishing speed and page performance.

• Ensure that web properties comply with Core Web Vitals and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

• Implement and manage Adobe Web SDK and Adobe Tags for data collection, consent management, and event tracking.

• Collaborate with leads from Data, Analytics, Journey, and CDP product teams.

• Partner with migration teams, the Center of Excellence, and Migration Support teams to facilitate implementation and scaling.

• Foster adoption and enablement of capabilities across Studio teams.

• Support web requirements for various lines of business.

• Document the current state of AEM and the web estate, including the publishing model, integrations, and technical debt.

• Define the target-state architecture and governance standards for web experiences.

• Deliver a sequenced web workstream plan aligned with migration milestones up to cutover.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in delivering digital experiences or web platforms.

• More than 5 years of practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager in enterprise settings.

• Proven experience with AEMaaCS.

• Expertise in Adobe Web SDK and Adobe Tags for data collection, consent management, and event tracking.

• Experience in integrating web platforms with Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics/CJA, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

• Capability to lead technical strategy and guide cross-functional teams effectively.

• Understanding of enterprise migration initiatives, phased cutover processes, and maintaining business-as-usual (BAU) protection during transitions.

• Experience with L3/L4 architectural design and frameworks for enterprise governance.

• Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.

• Familiarity with AEM authoring, publishing, components, templates, and Cloud Manager pipelines.

• Experience with Document Authoring (da.live) workflows and AEM Assets.

• Knowledge of Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and block-based front-end architecture.

• Proficient in Adobe Web SDK, Adobe Tags, and configuring data streams.

• Experience integrating Adobe Analytics/CJA, Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS architecture.

• Experience with API integration, headless and SPA delivery patterns, and Adobe App Builder.

• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, WCAG 2.1 AA, and best practices for scalability.

• Hands-on experience with Document Authoring (da.live) is preferred.

• Experience in implementing or migrating a site to Edge Delivery Services is preferred.

• Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Sites Architect or Developer is preferred.

• Experience with consent management platform integration (OneTrust or similar) with Adobe Web SDK is preferred.

• Background in telecom, financial services, or other regulated industries is preferred.

• Experience supporting a multi-brand or multi-line-of-business web estate is preferred.
