📋 Description

• Strategically manage processes while ensuring legal compliance with precision.

• Lead judicial and administrative processes with excellence.

• Participate in hearings, oral arguments, and meetings.

• Draft legal documents related to the defense of debtors in civil proceedings.

• Identify procedural errors such as prescription, nullity of the executive title, and illegitimacy of the party.

• Monitor procedural deadlines with support from the legal control department.

• Prepare petitions, defenses, appeals, opinions, and other legal documents.

• Generate reports and update legal systems.

• Analyze applicable legislation, case law, and regulations.

• Issue guides and carry out digital protocols.

• Ensure the effective compliance with procedural deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law with active registration at the OAB.

• Postgraduate degree in Civil Law, Digital Law, Consumer Law, or related areas.

• Knowledge in Civil Law, Consumer Law, Digital Law, Intellectual Property, LGPD, and Compliance.

• Familiarity with courts in various states.

• Proficiency in legal platforms and case management systems.

• Proven experience in civil advocacy, with a minimum of 3 years.

• Experience in managing a portfolio of cases.

• Experience with petitioning, hearings, and drafting legal documents.

• Ability to participate in hearings, oral arguments, and meetings.

• Ability to identify prescription, nullity of the executive title, illegitimacy of the party, and other procedural errors.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Autonomy and proactivity.

• Analytical skills for legal strategies.

• Ability to prioritize demands and ensure quality deliverables.
