This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Collaborate across various levels and disciplines to create and implement innovative solutions for clients.
• Identify and prioritize emerging and complex risks within the healthcare industry.
• Utilize processes and controls to mitigate risk exposure.
• Conduct process improvement initiatives, internal audits, and risk assessments across Clinical, Financial, Operational, IT, and Regulatory risk areas.
• Build and maintain management-level relationships, interacting with C-suite executives.
• Facilitate risk assessment interviews and develop internal audit plans or compliance programs.
• Review deliverables such as process narratives, flowcharts, risk assessments, control gaps, remediation suggestions, and process enhancements.
• Lead formal closing meetings with clients.
• Oversee engagement economics, including billing, monitoring, and collections.
• Manage multiple clients, projects, and teams while overseeing a portfolio of business.
• Guide, motivate, and mentor teams while nurturing future leaders within the firm.
• Assist in developing training materials and thought leadership content.
• Engage in industry associations and events to build and maintain business relationships.
• Communicate with prospects to assess their needs and devise project scopes, delivery plans, and budgets.
• Contribute to proposals and marketing materials.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare internal audit, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, or related internal control roles.
• Proven experience in leading project-based work with defined objectives and timelines.
• Proficient in professional writing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Relevant job certification.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs and work collaboratively with others, both in person and remotely.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied workdays, including remote work environments and the use of new tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Established experience across multiple industries or specialized expertise in a particular industry.
