This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the facilitation, organization, and consolidation of the Treasury Division’s annual and multi-year strategic planning initiatives.
• Monitor OKR and KPI performance, create dashboards, carry out progress reviews, and provide insights into any deviations.
• Aid in the direct oversight of the PMO responsible for the Division’s strategic projects.
• Formulate project frameworks and methodologies.
• Compile the monthly status report for ongoing initiatives.
• Oversee the annual budget cycle in collaboration with FP&A, including trend analysis and comparisons of actuals versus budget.
• Supervise cost centers, consulting engagements, and expenses.
• Manage and integrate the official calendar of governance routines, divisional events, and functional committees.
• Facilitate visibility into strategic milestones and their associated cascading actions.
• Outline access request and revocation workflows.
• Conduct regular profile audits.
• Assist in the review of internal policies in conjunction with Risk and Compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• A postgraduate degree, specialization, or certifications in Project Management, Strategy, or Corporate Governance is an advantage.
• Understanding of traditional and agile frameworks (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with goal-setting and performance measurement approaches, such as OKRs and KPIs.
• Familiarity with data management concepts, artificial intelligence, and analytical tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel.
• Skilled in data visualization and dashboard tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Comfortable with using Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Basic understanding of corporate budgeting and cost control (P&L and Capex/Opex).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and executive governance skills.
• Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
