
Advisor Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary marketing lead for 8–10 advisor teams on a daily basis.
• Organize proactive campaign planning sessions that align with the business objectives of each team.
• Collaborate with Advisor Marketing Consultants to address regional growth priorities.
• Assist advisor teams in achieving their marketing objectives and initiatives, emphasizing event coordination.
• Ensure advisor team marketing strategies are in sync with corporate marketing offerings and growth initiatives.
• Utilize the Advisor Marketing Platform for events, email, and social media strategies.
• Generate Salesforce reports, analyze dashboards, present client data, develop campaigns, and report on results and final budgets.
• Oversee campaign planning and execution using tools such as FMG Suite, Canva, Wistia, Wrike, and Salesforce.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, customize content, and manage email, social media, and web campaigns, along with event support and vendor communications.
• Work in partnership with Creative, Brand, Web, and Compliance teams to ensure timely execution and approval of assets.
• Monitor results and share insights and optimizations post-campaign.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content production speed and streamline recurring marketing processes.
• Establish relationships with financial advisors to identify success stories and best practices.
• Act as the central knowledge resource for the marketing strategies and execution of assigned teams.
• Keep internal stakeholders updated on campaigns, challenges, and feedback from advisors.
• Document processes and educate advisors and staff on marketing recommendations, collateral, and tools.
• Investigate marketing ideas and trends, providing recommendations as needed.
• Take ownership of advisor enablement projects when necessary.
• Participate in team meetings, creative brainstorming sessions, and campaign showcases.
• Contribute to the development of new tools, templates, and campaign frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful strategies across advisor teams.
• Utilize approved AI and digital tools to enhance service quality and efficiency, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and escalate issues related to inaccurate information, knowledge gaps, and digital-tool challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales enablement is preferred.
• Experience in financial services marketing is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in project management, communication, and relationship building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Wistia, Wrike, Canva, and FMG Suite is a plus.
• Quick learner of new applications, technologies, and AI tools.
• Required proficiency in working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple team relationships and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Willingness to travel 2–7 times per year to support team initiatives and events.
• Candidates should be based in either the EST (preferred) or CST time zones.
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in various cabinets, use the telephone, and operate computer systems.
