This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Spearhead the planning, design, and recommendations for business processes aimed at enhancing and supporting critical business areas.
• Facilitate the analysis and documentation of client business requirements and processes.
• Develop detailed business process models and workflows.
• Take ownership of requirement and design documentation, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead client meetings to confirm requirements, identify gaps, and propose actionable solutions.
• Oversee and coordinate business analyst activities across various information technology projects.
• Mentor and provide support to junior business analysts.
• Create thorough time estimates for project-related tasks, including training development and business process modeling.
• Design and implement strategies to evaluate the alignment between business objectives, organizational needs, and project goals.
• Publish business process models to centralized Knowledge Exchange repositories and manage documentation standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and site training managers to assess training requirements, audience segmentation, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate and facilitate provider and operational staff training using either train-the-trainer or direct delivery methods.
• Oversee the creation of training materials, including eLearning videos, job aids, and desk-level procedures, to ensure go-live and operational readiness.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 9 years of experience in business analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and designing business processes and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, MITA concepts, and healthcare operations, especially in Medicaid environments.
• Expertise in relational database concepts and system integration methodologies.
• Proficient in training methodologies, including Learning Management Systems and eLearning content development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced leadership and project coordination abilities.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
• Available for fully remote positions from Contiguous US locations only.
• Video cameras are required during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
