This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance strategic publishing and professional collaborations across various formats including books, video, live training, and other educational products.

• Develop title strategies, establish content priorities, and create portfolio roadmaps for designated partner relationships.

• Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value titles for enterprise and channel distribution, with a focus on certification, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and networking.

• Foster and sustain relationships with authors, technical experts, publishing partners, and vendors.

• Coordinate the execution of initiatives with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Royalties, and operational teams.

• Leverage market analysis, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and sales signals to pinpoint content and growth opportunities.

• Monitor portfolio performance and suggest modifications to enhance reach, revenue, and customer impact.

• Utilize AI tools ethically for research, competitive analysis, business case formulation, and portfolio planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in content portfolio management, technical publishing, publishing partnerships, training content, or similar positions.

• Proven history of signing, developing, launching, or managing high-value content in certification, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, networking, or technical upskilling.

• Experience collaborating with authors, technical experts, vendors, strategic partners, or platform providers.

• Skilled in managing complex partner or vendor relationships, including contracts, reporting, royalties, platform transitions, or stakeholder coordination.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, organizational, and relationship management abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, enterprise-oriented environment.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for research, market analysis, planning, content strategy, or operational efficiency is highly preferred.

• Proficient in defining title strategies, priorities, and investment recommendations that promote commercial growth.

• Familiarity with technical learning trends, certification updates, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

• Ability to link content decisions to revenue opportunities, partner economics, and business results.

• Commitment to using AI tools responsibly.

• Full-time position based in the United States.
