This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and direct technical projects to ensure successful execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
β’ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical issues to reduce system downtime and operational impact.
β’ Implement, configure, and deploy Honeywell solutions in line with customer expectations and industry best practices.
β’ Create technical documentation and provide training to customers, end users, and field technicians.
β’ Conduct on-site and remote installation, commissioning, and system integration tasks.
β’ Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and lifecycle support for complex equipment and integrated systems.
β’ Present technical information, demonstrations, and solution briefings to customers and key stakeholders.
β’ Analyze service trends, conduct root cause analyses, and produce analytical reports to foster continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
β’ Lead the development of remote and on-site installation, servicing, and repair processes.
β’ Serve as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.
β’ Report directly to the Senior Field Service Supervisor.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of technical installation, integration, and field service experience supporting electronic security, access control, alarm monitoring, or similar systems.
β’ At least 7 years of customer service experience delivering technical support, issue resolution, and client relationship management while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in preparing technical documentation, service reports, and customer communications.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proven ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance or currently possess an active clearance.
β’ U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual and security clearance obligations.
β’ Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation approximately every five weeks.
β’ Capability to respond to critical system issues within established service level agreements.
β’ Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 75% of the time.
β’ Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise IT systems and applications.
β’ Background in supporting logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
β’ Familiarity with Linux, Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
β’ An advanced degree is preferred.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
β’ Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve results with minimal supervision.
