This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform strategies into real-time journeys utilizing Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from conception through to launch.
• Create dynamic email templates for content in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Set up, test, implement, and continuously improve personalized journeys and campaigns based on business needs.
• Construct, enhance, and validate audience segments leveraging real-time behavioral signals and profile attributes.
• Collaborate with lifecycle marketers, data scientists, channel leads, data analytics teams, and various stakeholders across functions.
• Perform quality assurance on events, wait steps, personalization rules, and cross-channel triggers.
• Track journey performance, address execution challenges, and refine logic to boost results.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Facilitate team skill development, platform governance, best practices, and ongoing improvements.
• Provide personalized member journeys that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Guarantee precise, compliant, and effective journey execution across both digital and offline platforms.
• Promote operational excellence through configuration, quality assurance, and platform management.
• Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement in marketing operations and customer experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or executing digital campaigns.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in configuring journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Proficiency in developing emails with HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with JSON, event payloads, or API-driven personalization.
• Strong grasp of customer journey logic, event triggers, decision orchestration, and personalization techniques.
• Excellent communicator capable of collaborating across both technical and business teams.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional settings.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Self-sufficient internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid home/office employees.
