This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Facilitate consultative enrollment discussions with prospective students and their parents.
• Comprehend the academic aspirations, challenges, timelines, and priorities of families.
• Assess family requirements and suggest the Vanguard program or pathway that best fits the student.
• Articulate Vanguard’s methodology, program framework, pricing, anticipated outcomes, and overall value.
• Establish trust and assist families in navigating significant enrollment choices.
• Identify and respond to questions, concerns, and objections from families.
• Encourage qualified families to enroll and guide them through the subsequent steps.
• Meet monthly enrollment, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on Vanguard programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Manage qualified opportunities from initial contact to enrollment and transition.
• Keep precise CRM records of consultations, communications, follow-ups, next steps, and sales activities.
• Follow up with prospective families and re-engage qualified leads.
• Maintain and proactively advance the sales pipeline.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline value, and progress towards revenue targets.
• Ensure a smooth and professional transition for enrolled families into the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership regarding lead quality, objections, competitor activities, and family needs.
• Recognize referral opportunities and motivate satisfied families to make introductions.
• Assist in webinars, informational events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Remain knowledgeable about standardized testing, college admissions, and the college preparation sector.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over 3 years of experience in consultative sales.
• Proven success in closing high-ticket products or services.
• Established history of achieving or surpassing sales and revenue objectives.
• Capability to discuss previous quotas, closing rates, average deal sizes, and revenue generated.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Skills in discovery, presentation, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Professional, distraction-free workspace suitable for video consultations.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
• Proficiency with Zoom and other cloud-based business tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent presentation capabilities.
• Ability to clearly and impactfully explain educational services.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in achieving organizational revenue goals.
• Background in the college preparation service industry.
