This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate consultative enrollment meetings with potential students and their families.
• Comprehend families’ academic objectives, challenges, timelines, and priorities.
• Assess needs and suggest the suitable Vanguard program or pathway.
• Articulate Vanguard’s methodology, program framework, pricing, anticipated outcomes, and value proposition.
• Establish trust and assist families in navigating significant enrollment decisions.
• Respond to inquiries, concerns, and objections.
• Request enrollment from qualified families and guide them through subsequent steps.
• Accomplish monthly enrollment, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Stay informed about Vanguard programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Manage qualified opportunities from initial contact through to enrollment and handoff.
• Keep precise CRM records and follow up with prospective families.
• Re-engage qualified leads and oversee the sales pipeline.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline value, and revenue progress.
• Ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership regarding lead quality, objections, competitor activities, and family requirements.
• Identify opportunities for referrals.
• Support webinars, informational events, and community outreach efforts.
• Remain knowledgeable about standardized testing, college admissions, and trends in college preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over 3 years of consultative sales experience.
• Proven success in closing high-ticket products or services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Capability to discuss previous quotas, closure rates, average deal size, and revenue generated.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in discovery, presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Professional, distraction-free workspace suitable for video consultations.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
• Proficiency in Zoom and other cloud-based business tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent presentation capabilities.
• Skill in clearly and impactfully explaining educational services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in achieving organizational revenue goals.
• Background in the college preparation service industry.
