This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Recruit qualified candidates for admission to the University in alignment with accreditation guidelines, institutional policies, and ethical standards.
• Optimize time and inquiry resources to stimulate interest in university programs.
• Conduct a high volume of prospective phone communications to secure appointments and facilitate interviews.
• Follow up with unresolved interviewees and prospective class applicants.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally with Student Support Services to ensure successful student matriculation.
• Clearly articulate educational programs, anticipated outcomes, student services, and financial implications to students, parents, and educators.
• Manage inquiries to ensure timely contact and achieve weekly performance targets.
• Generate new inquiries through personally cultivated referrals.
• Schedule and conduct interviews while pursuing qualified candidates for enrollment.
• Assess candidate suitability for enrollment based on compatibility with career goals.
• Provide forecasts of projected new students for admissions leadership.
• Hold monthly follow-up meetings with applicants to promote successful matriculation.
• Support personnel and departments with data collection and problem-solving efforts.
• Participate in recruitment and enrollment initiatives, including open houses, presentations, training, orientations, career days, community outreach, and partnerships with employers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, along with one year of successful admissions or sales experience, OR an associate’s degree paired with three years of successful admissions or sales experience.
• Genuine interest in assisting others in achieving their life goals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills when engaging with faculty and student populations.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Goal-oriented with a strong ethical foundation.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant hardware and software systems for reporting functionalities.
• Ability to effectively interact as a leader or team member, collaborating well with other departments.
• Capacity to listen to customers and positively respond to their inquiries.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and manage multiple priorities.
• Competence in handling multiple tasks while successfully meeting deadlines.
