This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee recruitment and management of admissions processes for all online Alliant degree programs.
β’ Handle inquiries and engage with prospective students via telephone, email, and live chat.
β’ Conduct interviews with students.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with prospective and current students, administration, faculty, staff, external school districts, and professional organizations.
β’ Offer admissions counseling and exceptional customer service throughout the admissions journey.
β’ Manage admissions applications and facilitate interview coordination.
β’ Respond to new inquiries in a timely manner and adhere to phone and email communication protocols.
β’ Articulate program offerings and details across various degree programs.
β’ Maintain consistent communication with applicants and track interactions using Salesforce and CampusNexus (CNS).
β’ Participate in recruitment fairs, conventions, and conferences.
β’ Organize and deliver program information at open houses, informational webinars, community colleges, graduation fairs, and local businesses.
β’ Schedule student interviews with Faculty and/or Program Directors.
β’ Provide weekly reports and admissions updates to Program Directors and the Director of Admissions.
β’ Collaborate with Student Business Services, Financial Aid, Admissions, Student Advising, and Scholarships.
β’ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
β’ Experience in a college/university admissions department and/or a minimum of two years in customer service, sales, or marketing.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management system.
β’ Familiarity with integrated business software systems in higher education, including relational databases.
β’ Awareness of cultural diversity and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with individuals across all ages and diverse backgrounds.
β’ Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 WPM and high accuracy.
β’ Capability to work efficiently as a team player.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting required deadlines.
β’ Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
β’ Ability to stay composed under high-pressure situations.
β’ Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
β’ Applicants must currently possess authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
