Admission Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Present the course offerings of WBS CODING SCHOOL to potential students.

• Offer personalized assistance regarding the application process, courses, and funding options available.

• Engage with prospective students across various communication channels.

• Conduct interviews as part of the admissions procedure.

• Manage administrative responsibilities related to the prospective student journey.

• Recognize and communicate insights about current trends, challenges, and best practices to the Admission team and other departments.

• Guide prospective students from the initial contact through to contract signing.

• Provide advice to applicants and facilitate successful admissions of candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in admissions, sales, student recruitment, or customer service is advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are essential.

• Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Open-minded and solution-oriented mindset towards admissions and student recruitment.

• Enthusiasm for the IT sector and emerging technologies.

• Experience with CRM tools is desirable.

• In-depth understanding of adult education and the technology industry is beneficial.
